This hotel is a great find for a ski trip. It's located in a beautiful area, right next to the mountains and with easy access to the ski resorts. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast is included and offers a variety of options.

Everything was spot on.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for a ski vacation and it was perfect. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute drive to Big Cottonwood entrance. The staff was fabulous, helpful, and prompt. The room was very clean and comfortable, with blackout shades that I loved. The breakfast had tons of variety and was delicious. The pool and hot tub had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the gym was well maintained. The shuttle service was a nice touch, making it easy to get to the ski resorts.

Great location near restaurants and easy access to the city. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hot tub was closed for repairs during my stay and the shower grout needed to be cleaned. the hotel could also use some sprucing up in certain areas, such as worn-out keys on the keyboards and elevator numbers.

The location is perfect for exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon and is ideal for families. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-maintained. The gym is well-equipped and a great place to work out. The security features, like card access to the room and restricted elevator access, are impressive and add peace of mind.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. It was a quick and easy access to the ski slopes, with a convenient ski bus stop nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, with great jets and piping hot water. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to restaurants and a Target. a great experience!

This hotel was the nicest and cleanest one out of the five we stayed in during our cross-country trip. The spacious room, great saltwater outdoor pool, and nice fitness room were all highlights. Additionally, the larger room with a kitchen and dining area was worth the extra money. The brand new TV and comfortable king size bed were wonderful amenities. The hotel also had a laundry facility, gym, and a beautiful pool, all of which were well-maintained. The staff were consistently courteous and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location for exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon and parts of eastern Salt Lake City.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, remembering our names and complimenting us. The service was impeccable, and the spotless bathrooms were a highlight. The hotel is new and the beds were very comfy. a great experience!

The breakfast could be improved with better quality pastries and bread. There were a couple of minor issues like a malfunctioning bathroom door and a faucet set too far back in the sink.
