The hotel exceeded our expectations with its incredible facilities and amenities. The all-inclusive package offered a choice of 5 excellent à la carte restaurants, and the water slides at the neighboring hotel were a fun addition. The location was convenient for shopping, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The beach access and pool area were spacious and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a welcome respite from the heat. it was a complete experience that rivalled many Caribbean all-inclusive resorts.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger in Hurghada for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The all-inclusive package allowed us to dine at five different excellent restaurants, and we even got to enjoy the water slides and restaurants at the sister hotel across the street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and providing golf cart transportation to our room. The beach access and pool area were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel also had entertainment options like live music and traditional shows. a wonderful experience!

We just came back from an amazing holiday! We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is located right on the beach which was a huge plus for us. The room was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. The staff was very helpful and always on hand to cater to our needs. We were amazed by the variety of facilities available including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness studio, table tennis, darts, billiard tables, cycling, canoeing, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, golf course, water slides, aqua park, tennis and more!

Amazing value for money! Great location on the beach, with many dining options and activities. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a highlight - lots of options including freshly baked bread.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location was great and we loved trying the Al Carte Chinese restaurant with amazing food. The garden at night was beautiful and the hotel was set on a wide area. We were able to reserve dinner in one of the restaurants which was fantastic, and the service was superb. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the aqua park which was situated nearby.

The internet connection was challenging at times which caused some inconvenience.

At Steigenberger, amazing facilities and great service. Loved trying the different restaurants and really enjoyed the aqua park. One thing to note is that security did mistakenly put my daughter's food through the X-ray machine, but it was resolved quickly and apologetically by the staff. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

This venue is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. The amenities are top-notch, with exclusive access to a private beach, professional entertainment, and a spa and wellness center with various massage treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool is spacious and heated to perfection, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. The beach umbrellas provide shade for a lazy day at the beach, and the sun terrace offers a picturesque view of the stunning garden area.

The only small issue was the limited variety of halal food options and special diet menus. However, the restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The deluxe room had a nice balcony with sea and pool view, while the View suite was spacious and had a fabulous extended glass framed balcony. The oversized Smart TVs, massive hot tub, and complimentary bar fridge were all fantastic. The hotel staff, especially in the Tamarind restaurant, were friendly and always ready to help. The various restaurants served food of a good standard, and the Alex Beach club was particularly impressive. The wide variety of watersports was great, although we were disappointed not to find any SUPs. The spa treatments were also top-notch.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The weekend was pretty well spent at this hotel. We were offered complementary bikes to explore the surroundings which was great! The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy which was a plus point.

The food quality was not up to the mark. There was not a good variety of dishes and on top of that, the staff members were not very welcoming or friendly towards us.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities such as the spa and outdoor swimming pool were a treat. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were a perfect place to relax and unwind. The special diet menus provided made my dining experience exceptional.

The only minor issue I had was with the internet access. It was only free in the lobby and very expensive in the rooms.
