The staff's genuine care and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable. However, the inconsistency in the friendliness of some front desk staff members could be improved for a more welcoming atmosphere.

The room was super clean, the beds were cozy, and we got a warm cookie and a bottle of water at check-in, top-notch! The hotel's breakfast kept us full, and the laundry room was a real lifesaver. Loved using the gym and pool, plus the central location was clutch. The staff was so welcoming and efficient, but we wished we could've stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Only had one night there, on our way to Raleigh. we were really impressed! 💫

They provided top-notch service, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. the location of this hotel, right next to multiple popular landmarks and shops, was super convenient for exploring the area. the breakfast included was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options including vegetarian choices. the rooms were well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Overall, the experience was better than my previous stays in the area.

While the staff was friendly, I did notice some areas for improvement. the noise isolation in the rooms could be better, as I could hear noises from adjacent rooms occasionally.

The hotel's convenient layout and easy accessibility for seniors made it effortless to navigate from the parking lot to my room and the amenities.

I wish the hotel had softer pillows for a more restful night's sleep for seniors.

I appreciate the effort they made to provide a safe environment. Despite the minor drawbacks of traffic noise and limited parking spots near the front, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff. I had a great experience at Country Inn and would definitely recommend it for a comfy and pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Charlottesville for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and had a fresh look to it. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary warm cookie and bottle of water. Despite being near a busy highway, the room was incredibly quiet. The location was ideal and the showers were amazing. The hotel also had lovely patios outside. One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast attendant, Claudia. She was friendly and sweet, always starting our mornings with a big smile. Claudia made our stay a real pleasure and is a great asset to the hotel.

I selected this hotel for my business assembly as it offers a convenient business center equipped with printing, copying, and fax services. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptional.

I missed having a 24-hour room service to cater to my work schedule.

Had a great stay at Country! LOVED the indoor swimming pool and close proximity to delicious restaurants. the breakfast for vegetarians was a fantastic touch. Would definitely choose this place again! the swimming pool was better than on photos.

It was our first time traveling since my husband became disabled, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and even let us hang out in the lobby for hours while we sorted out transportation issues. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the quick and easy check-in process. The manager even personally reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Impressive!

We got great value for our money at Country Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to major roads, and the staff, especially Samir, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location was super convenient, just a short drive from the epic John Paul Jones Arena where we caught an intense UVA Cavaliers basketball game. Plus, we had a wild time doing a self-guided tour at Starr Hill Brewery nearby. The staff was cool and even texted to check on us.

It would've been even more lit if the hotel had a late-night hangout spot for young party-goers like us.

The fridge allowed me to prepare snacks and drinks to enjoy while watching an HBO movie on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. It was like having my own personal theater right in the room.
