Some things were off, like the cleanliness of the room. the walls had stains, and dust was lurking in the corners. The pool needed attention too—there was a bit of green mold near the chair lift, and the floor felt slimy. On top of that, I had issues with the shower. it started warm but quickly turned cold, which was less than ideal in the chilly weather. Lastly, the hallways could use a vacuum.

The staff were super friendly, and they even let us check in early, which was a lekker start to our stay! The heated pool was a hit, especially on a chilly day. Breakfast was decent with good waffle toppings—definite highlights for the kids!

But the noise from the corridors was a bit too loud, could use some soundproofing for sure.
