great location but needs work

Pet friendly and convenient for letting my dog out. Staff was friendly, especially Austin at the front desk. Breakfast was not great, stale pastries and bad coffee. Room had issues like hair in the bathroom and damaged furniture. Pool area could use more seating. Nice fitness center though.

Pleasant check-in experience. The young man in the cowboy hat was welcoming. the breakfast management could use some training in courtesy; turning off the lights on guests before 6 am is unnecessary. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet—ideal after a long trip. Valued the 24/7 front desk service. The location offers easy access to activities and restaurants. But cleanliness needs improvement; visible debris on floors and unkempt bathrooms are concerning. Pool maintenance could also use attention—the water was uncomfortably cold. it met my immediate needs, but there’s definite room for significant improvement in housekeeping and customer service.

The room was a double queen suite, spacious enough for my family. The beds were comfortable, but I noticed a musty odor that detracted from the experience. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy at night. cleanliness was an issue; I found a tissue in the sheets. The noise level was surprisingly low, allowing us to sleep well despite being near attractions. Friendly staff made check-in easy, but breakfast had limited options and ran out of cereal. it was a decent stay but some improvements in room upkeep and cleanliness are needed.

Great breakfast and spacious suites

The breakfast here was awesome! The staff really went above and beyond to keep everything stocked and clean. The location is super convenient too. Our suite was perfect for all five of us, just a bit cramped in the living area because the AC didn't reach there. the chair in our room was kind of dirty.

While the Country Inn & Suites offers a pet-friendly atmosphere and a central location near dining options, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and misleading amenities.

Fantastic experience, fantastic getaway with the convenience of having a large room for our family and the ability to enjoy a delicious full breakfast that offered a variety of options to start our day right.

Spacious room, convenient location. However, the sofa bed was unclean and full of dog hair, disappointing for the price. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The room had its ups and downs. The layout was excellent for our family, but we faced multiple issues — a sagging bed, dirty corners, and a slipping toilet seat were hard to overlook. Cleanliness was a real concern; the bathtub was not only dirty but also clogged, causing embarrassment when we had to ask for help. While the pool area seemed nice, it lacked towels, and the door was rusty. On top of that, there was a troubling incident where our vehicle was broken into, making this experience less than desirable.
