My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the train station, local shops, and attractions in the Gippsland area. Secondly, the rooms were well-maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable bed and sitting area. Lastly, the breakfast options provided were reasonably priced and included hot food choices.

The location was convenient, allowing us to walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early. The parking space was ample, and we felt secure leaving our boat here. The room was tidy and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The spa on-site was fantastic, especially for my injured knee. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the two settings on the shower head were a hit with my partner. The room itself was spacious, and I appreciated the grab rails and shower seat for accessibility. a great stay.

The hotel's location was excellent, right next to KFC and close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The friendly staff made sure we were comfortable and provided great service.

Room was clean and had modern decor. We had a good continental breakfast. The location on Main Street was convenient and the staff recommended a great dinner spot nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in. The motel was also quiet despite being on a main road.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bairnsdale and had a pleasant experience. The location was great, as it was very close to the train station and easy to get to. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. The restaurant on-site was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was also close to good restaurants and the railtrail, which made exploring the area easy.

That the shower in room 17 was a bit problematic, and despite mentioning it to reception, no action was taken to fix it.

Excellent free breakfast, fair prices for cooked option, comfortable and convenient, friendly and helpful management, satisfying breakfast.
