This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First, the value for money was excellent - I got much more than I paid for. Second, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Third, the basic amenities in the room, including a fridge and microwave, made my stay extremely convenient. Lastly, the location was superb, in the heart of the city with a lovely waterfront view. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only minor area for improvement would be the noise insulation.

The breakfast offered was enjoyable, and we loved the nice room provided for it. The location of the hotel near the waterfront was also a bonus.

Had a fantastic Xmas weekend getaway! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the hotel's location was perfect, close to Funko's and the children's museum. Plus, the breakfast bar was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. it was great value for money and I can't wait to visit again!

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was some noise issue on the 6th floor, with a machine constantly vibrating and causing disturbance.
