I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a quick overnight visit. The kitchen staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Check-in was a breeze, even at 2 in the morning, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered a late check-out option. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the beds were comfortable. The overall hospitality of the staff, especially the breakfast server, was outstanding.

We had a recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midlothian Turnpike and found the location to be convenient and the beds to be comfortable. Despite a brief power outage caused by Tropical Storm Michael, the manager and staff were amazing, providing excellent service and assistance. If we experience another power outage in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Richmond/Midlothian area.

We had a great stay at this hotel near several freeways providing easy access to different spots of the city. There are several restaurants down the street with plenty of food options for everyone. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large fridge and microwave in a separate area. The staff was friendly and provided great service to make sure we had a perfect stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the complimentary popcorn.

The pull-out sofa in the room was extremely uncomfortable, with springs poking through the thin mattress.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the convenient location just a mile off the Interstate. The hotel was well-maintained and the rooms were extremely clean. Having microwave ovens in the room was a nice surprise. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of options including cereals, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, biscuit, gravy, cinnamon roll. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed the free access to internet services and the 24-hour coffee and tea stations.

It was also conveniently located down the street from restaurants and very close to the highway.
