We were impressed with the accommodations for disabilities, including a working lift in the pool. the free breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, and the dining area was cozy. the location was convenient for both the airport and exploring Grand Rapids. We also appreciated the suggestion for a reliable taxi service.

The staff at the Database Staff was warm and welcoming, and there were freshly baked cookies available at the front desk 24/7. We were able to request a high-floor room and enjoyed the spaciousness and natural light in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel also had a pool, a book area, and board games available, which my family enjoyed. The porch with a campfire table was a nice touch for relaxation. we had a pleasant stay and everything was always clean.

Felt safe walking at night, and the staff was always helpful with anything we needed. There were no major issues or troubles during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and close to downtown Grand Rapids. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a Meijer just 2 miles away. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the display and tribute to the Armed Forces, it was a nice touch.

The pillows in the room were small and went flat quickly. I would recommend bringing your own pillows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also very clean and attractive. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit like melon, pineapple, and grapes, as well as delicious warm biscuits and fluffy scrambled eggs. We especially appreciated the healthy food options available. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, with easy access to the beltline and a short drive to malls, spas, restaurants. one of the best hotels we've stayed in recently.
