The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting family in Saint Charles. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were a big plus for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Good coffee and cookies in the lobby.

During my stay at Country Inn, the front desk staff, particularly Trish, was incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. The breakfast area was always neat and well-stocked, and the fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies Trish baked for us in the evening was a delightful treat. The king bedroom suite provided ample space for our family Christmas celebration, and we even had the opportunity to invite some outside family members to join us for breakfast. I would love to return to this hotel for another fantastic experience!

Although our room was skipped when we requested more towels and had to be cleaned late on the third day, the staff was quick to address the issue once we informed them.
