We stayed in a hotel located in a very convenient area to explore the Phoenix metro area and go shopping at Chandler Fashion Square, which was within walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and kind, and there were cookies in the entrance, which was a nice touch.

The facilities seemed a bit old and in need of renovation.
