Great place for a family getaway

Super clean and cozy spot! Loved the complimentary breakfast with waffles and fresh fruit. The staff was super chill, even with our loud group of teens. They had free cookies and coffee all day too, which is a win. Just wish the pool had been open when we got there; got the news way too late.

This place is my go-to. First stay, staff saved me with a charger. It has it all: Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour security. Perfect for my city break. Never regret.

The complimentary wireless internet access kept me updated on the latest happenings. the on-site hot tub provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of activities.

This minor issue did not overshadow the overall pleasant stay.

During my transit stay at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Traverse City, MI, I found the location to be very convenient as I could ride a BATA bus to area attractions or Cherry Capital Airport. The hotel's proximity to Gens Park, Dennos Museum Center, and Grand Traverse Bay made it easy to explore the area without needing a car.

This interaction left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the food was fresh and hot. The indoor pool was great and the hot tub was large. The location was convenient, with safe bike routes into downtown and the vineyards.

All was more than satisfactory.

We were stranded at the airport and had to find a room for the night. The manager at Country Inn upgraded our room and recommended a great nearby restaurant. The room was large and luxurious, with comfortable beds and extra pillows. The staff was lovely, and the hotel was very clean. The room had cute wall art and plenty of space, with a mini fridge and lots of outlets. The hotel had ample parking and a spacious breakfast area. Quick drive to downtown and surrounding areas.

The staff at the hotel, including Alexis at the front counter and the friendly housekeeper with the Jamaican accent, were extremely helpful and responsive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both adults and children, including waffles for the kids. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including a good-sized pool and a spacious hot tub. The location was convenient, with downtown being nearby.

Some staff members seemed rude and unreasonable in their manners. There were issues with room reservations and the front desk agent did not handle the situation appropriately.
