The pet fee was not mentioned during previous stays. Front desk attendant was rude. Breakfast options were limited and expensive. Staff was great and accommodating. Hotel room was comfortable and quiet.

Great Service, Accommodations and Food!

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. The food at the Bistro exceeded our expectations with its flavorful dishes. The Bistro crew went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly enjoyable. The pool, fire pit, and courtyard area were amazing, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Despite being close to the interstate, the sound-proofing was sufficient, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. We did encounter an issue with our Internet TV, but the staff handled it proactively and professionally, offering us compensation for the inconvenience. This level of service is a reflection of Marriott's commitment to excellence. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel location is within a short distance to some of the local restaurants and shops, which is convenient. The room was relatively new and had some updated features, such as the decor and shower. The lobby and fire pit area were pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

The breakfast offered each morning was delicious and satisfying. The cook and wait staff were always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I genuinely looked forward to seeing them each morning. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to town. The staff were also excellent, both in terms of their knowledge and their attitude.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the convenience of having a pool and being close to the state park. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing our daughter to check in early for her online test. The room was clean, quiet, and had reliable Wifi.

Amazing staff and excellent service provided throughout our stay. the fitness center had top-notch equipment and was well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center and easily accessible. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area with a fire pit, which was a great place to relax in the evening.

The heating system in the rooms was not adjustable and set to a maximum of 80 degrees, which was uncomfortable for us. As a disabled veteran with thin blood, it would have been better if we could have controlled the temperature to suit our needs.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast and bar areas were enjoyable, with great food and service. Room was peaceful and comfortable, with a lovely decor and convenient Netflix access. The Bistro was a great place to hang out.

We stayed at Courtyard recently and had a wonderful experience. The room we had was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff we interacted with, particularly Albert at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great atmosphere and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Auburn.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and loved it each time. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and have the best attitude. They were gracious in accommodating my daughter's early check-in so she could take an important online test. The room was quiet, clean, and had excellent wifi. The outdoor sitting area surpassed expectations.
