The rooms were just the right size for two people, with a super layout that just worked for us! The hotel seemed neat and new, and the staff made our check-in and check-out a breeze. From the accommodating and friendly staff to the tasty breakfast, this place is a jaw-dropping great value. Plus, the heated pool was mind-blowing for both our kids and us! The modern furnishings and convenient location near shopping and restaurants were just what we needed. The fold-out cot chair for our 14-year-old was a genius idea, and the spacious 2 queen bed rooms were perfect for our family of 5. With free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, restaurant, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, lift, refrigerator, wheelchair access, no pets allowed, air conditioning, and a strict no smoking policy, this place has it all!

Excellent Service

During our stay at this hotel in Bangor, we were welcomed by the kind and helpful staff at the front desk. The lobby had a stylish decor that immediately set a pleasant atmosphere. Our room exceeded our expectations, with its spacious layout and well-appointed furnishings. We particularly enjoyed the separate sitting area, which had a curved couch and u-shaped table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying our meals. Speaking of which, the food from the hotel restaurant was delicious and satisfying, as we ordered a cobb salad that hit the spot. Although we had a mostly good night's sleep, the only downside was that the room wasn't completely dark due to the abundant light from the hallway, and the blinking light on the smoke detector was a minor disturbance. Despite these small inconveniences, we were overall impressed with our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring some of the city's most popular spots, like the awesome Waterfront Concerts Pavilion. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. We also loved the clean and well-maintained pool area and the outdoor patio in the back. a fantastic place for families to enjoy Bangor!

My children wanted a play area or games room for more entertainment.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When my wife forgot her phone charger, the front desk staff found one for us to borrow. They even helped fix a mix-up with our breakfast charges. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, making for a great night's sleep.

During our stay, there was a power outage due to a storm. the hotel did not have backup generators, so we were without power, internet, TV, and hot water for 2.5 days.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel just off the interstate. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished with modern amenities, including a refrigerator which was very convenient. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the Bangor Mall and provided easy access to the city. I was also impressed by the attentive staff and the cleanliness of the property. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch, especially the delicious breakfast sandwich. Despite a minor issue with the Bonvoy breakfast credit, I found the overall value for money to be excellent.

All went smoothly, no improvement needed.
