Location was grand! So much to do nearby and the place was clean as a whistle. However, the Bistro ran out of food and drinks, which was a bit of a letdown.

We explored the nearby Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve, which was perfect for our family. The spacious suite we stayed in was ideal for our two grown kids, allowing us to unwind together comfortably after a day of hiking.

My children wanted more breakfast options available.

It was just a decent option for a swift stopover in Trussville with great value for the money. The staff really went the extra mile to help us with our room arrangements, making our stay feel a bit more personal. The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and perfect for our group. Lots of room to move around, and the bathroom was pretty large too. The beds were super comfy, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The only quirky thing was the lack of power outlets at the desk, which made charging devices a hassle.

The location was incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and I enjoyed the delicious food from the bistro (try the espresso drinks! ).

However, it could really use more consistency in the breakfast offerings (ran out of items! ).

Oh dear, the toilet could have used a bit more scrubbing! I guess the housekeeping staff were on a vacation of their own.
