During my Christmas stay, I really liked the excellent staff and their friendly attitude. They were always helpful and made me feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel was well-maintained and clean, which is always a plus. the facilities, including the pool and fitness room, were in good working order. Another advantage was the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping and access to major freeways.

There were a few negative aspects. the customer service was lacking, as I encountered issues with my reservation and the staff seemed unwilling to resolve them.

We had a great stay in a comfortable room with modern decor and a clean, efficient bathroom. The staff was professional and welcoming, remembering our names and offering excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants, a lake national park, and a movie theater. The breakfast selection was good, and there were several facilities available for our use.

There were issues with the children of some guests in the pool area, as they were not watched by their parents and left the area messy.

The location felt safe and was very convenient. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and they even went above and beyond by fixing our clogged bathtub promptly. it was a great experience.

The hotel was great value for money as it had basic amenities, like coffee all day and takeaway bags every morning. Moreover, the location was amazing as it was situated beside several restaurants. Additionally, the service from the staff was very attentive and the rooms were clean, with updated walk-in showers.

I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location, surrounded by several restaurants and amenities like Walmart, Meijer, and a movie theatre. The staff was the biggest asset, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were updated and very clean, with modern features like walk-in showers. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to satisfy any appetite.
