This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They accommodated my request for an early check-in without any hassle. Secondly, the rooms were well maintained and clean, with a super comfortable king-sized bed and a variety of pillows of different firmness to choose from. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, such as the nicely decorated interior. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to downtown and the Boise Towne Square mall. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a meal. Finally, the fact that breakfast was included in the reasonable rate was a pleasant surprise. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
