During my stay, I faced several significant issues. Communication was frustrating, and I was left with no resolution or follow-up on my case. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid for the room.

The serene riverfront location made for relaxing evenings by the fire pit. The breakfast options were impressive, with fresh fruits and healthy selections. The spacious kitchenette was a huge bonus during our stay.

However, the noise levels from other guests and doors slamming felt disruptive at times. Our first room wasn't as clean as we expected, but the staff quickly accommodated us. Requesting room essentials was inconvenient and should be stocked better.

Just a great fit for a couple of nights in Great Falls with best value. I appreciated the young lady at the front desk who promptly addressed the odor issue we faced and sent housekeeping to help. Try to ask for a room away from the pet area if you're sensitive to smells.

Stayed in a spacious room with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the river. There was a big flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa with pillows for relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. The staff provided free toiletries and great snacks at check-in. Loved the breakfast selection too!

we loved the superior king suite at best western plus! the deck off our room was perfect for relaxing, and the nearby restaurant made it easy to grab dinner. the staff was super helpful—they even let us check in earlier after our long bike ride. the indoor pool was a nice touch too!

The hotel had a lovely river view and good pet-friendly amenities. The noise from other rooms made sleeping difficult. Easy access to bicycle rentals for cycling along the river was a nice bonus.

Had a lovey stay with stunning river views and a cool pancake machine for brekkie, but the indoor pool was a bit chilly for my liking. Still, real plates were a sweet touch!
