During our two-week vacation, we stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were a nice addition to our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, following through on our special request for extra pillows and blankets. Additionally, the location of this hotel was superb. Conveniently located near the lake with great views, it was also within walking distance to most restaurants and shops downtown.

Prime location with partial lake view from the room. Traffic noise was minimal, especially in the evenings. The open-wall feature in the room added a nice touch and made the space feel uncluttered. Basic Wifi was complimentary and sufficient for everyday tasks, but Xfinity provided faster streaming speeds.

The hotel staff seemed to have communication issues and made several mistakes with the credit card and room keys. The breakfast service was confusing and inconsistent, with different rules and options depending on whether it was ordered through room service or eaten in the dining room.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard and had a wonderful experience. My 78-year-old self traveled to support my son's knee surgery, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They gave us a room on a lower floor, right by the elevator, which was perfect for our needs. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and a nice-sized bathroom. The lobby was welcoming and well laid out. The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. One highlight was the delicious breakfast, although it was a bit pricey. It would have been nice to have more options, like one egg with toast. my stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was pleased to find that the room was clean and well-maintained. The king-sized bed was comfortable and the presence of a mini fridge and coffee maker added convenience. The hotel staff, including the valet and front desk employees, were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The meeting room was well-appointed and the provided breakfast and lunch were satisfying. I had a positive experience at Courtyard.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the blueberry pancakes! Very impressive room. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and really seemed to care. The location - the view from the window was fantastic. The bikes which we could hire for free in very good condition.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious and well-furnished rooms that comfortably accommodated our party of four. The location was perfect, being by the waterfront and within walking distance to downtown and the pedestrian mall. We were able to easily access everything we needed, and the views of the lake were absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

I stayed at Courtyard for my son's knee surgery. The staff was amazing and gave us a room on a lower floor by the elevator, making it easier for my son to get around. The room had a beautiful design with a partial lake view. The bed faced big windows and there was a comfortable settee to relax and enjoy the view. The room was well-furnished and clean, with a huge walk-in shower. Additionally, the dinner takeout in the room was delicious.

This hotel was perfect for our getaway! its location close to the lake and downtown area made it easy to walk around and enjoy the sights. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the prices were reasonable. Lastly, our room with a king bed and lake view was spacious and comfortable.

We had a great Easter weekend getaway in Burlington. the hotel had a stunning lake view from our room, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, as we were able to walk to downtown and enjoy shopping, dining, and visiting breweries. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like a refrigerator and a safe. We also appreciated the availability of cold water in the lobby, especially after a long day of exploring.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. we were disappointed to find that the shower in our room was very small and not functional.

Good dinner takeout. Friendly check-in person. Lower floor room near elevator helped with son's surgery. Hotel honored reservation and upgraded to lake view room. Excellent room design with big windows, walk-in shower, and comfortable settee. Close to attractions and clean.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options, though a bit pricey. The location is excellent, especially for walkers, with easy access to the waterfront and Church Street. The staff is accommodating and the view of the lake from the room is lovely. The hotel also offers loaner bicycles, which we took advantage of on the path to the causeway.

No negatives to report, felt very welcome with no complaints.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - within walking distance of the waterfront park and downtown restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and you can even get a partial lake view which is lovely. The lobby area is cozy with comfy couches and a fireplace, and it's connected to the lounge/restaurant, making it a great place to relax.
