I recently had a stay at this hotel and I was impressed. The attention to detail was great, from the immaculate rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was also convenient, with easy access to downtown area where the festival was held. Moreover, there were plenty of restaurants nearby in Jasper, making it quick and easy to grab a bite to eat.

Everything was great and there's nothing that needs improvement.

The hotel was conveniently located east of the main downtown area and away from the town centre. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating, especially when we reported minor issues with the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was good, with better-than-typical sausage and a variety of options. The hotel also offered Direct TV with many channels, free Wi-Fi, and additional complimentary snacks.

The front desk was not very friendly or informative, which caused some confusion and dissatisfaction during check-in.

My stay was plagued by noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway. Walls were paper-thin, and I could hear noises and conversations all night long.
