The front desk staff at Courtyard Beckley went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were attentive and took care of every request I had. From extra pillows to toilet paper, they made sure I had everything I needed. The lady at the front desk was sweet and kind, making my experience even better. When my room key didn't work, she promptly gave me a new room. Without her, I would have been very disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service.

The rooms were updated and very nice. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. the small balcony on the 4th floor offered great views. Plenty of plugs and charging ports for all electronics. Great TV selection, including Netflix. the staff was welcoming.

The breakfast was overpriced and the menu items were bland. No AARP discount offered, even when booked through a 3rd party.

No microwave, small room. TV didn't work.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, surrounded by many restaurants. It was so easy to find good food places within walking distance. The hotel itself had a pleasant ambience and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. We were impressed with the quick response when our room had an issue during a rainstorm. Within minutes, the front desk found us another room.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially during a difficult time for our family. From the warm check-in experience to the handwritten sympathy card left in our room, the attention to detail and genuine empathy of the staff was truly appreciated.

Nothing all good.

I recently stayed at Courtyard for a quick business trip. The staff provided pleasant check-in services and the young lady at Starbucks made delicious breakfast sandwiches. The hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and good water pressure. Plus, the bonus of having a Chick-fil-A right next door was a great perk!

Had a great stay at a clean and quiet hotel. The room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. The front desk clerk was excellent and the cleaning staff was friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel. a positive experience.

The location was perfect for business travelers, close to the interstate and with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing me to check in early when I was tired from driving overnight. The service provided was excellent, deserving a 10-star rating!

The room wasn't up to the usual standards of other Courtyards I've stayed in, but it was still comfortable and cozy.
