We've been regular guests at this location for years, but lately, we've noticed that the facility is in need of some upgrades. we are pleased to see that there is a plan in place for renovations. the room sizes at Courtyard are extremely spacious, and the addition of a pool and hot tub is a great bonus to our stay. the front desk staff has always been courteous and friendly. the location is also convenient, and we appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

Value for money was great, rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient with easy access to the Boulevard Mall and dining options. The staff, especially Michelle M and Latoya, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The rooms are cool and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. There is even a fridge in the room, which is a nice added convenience. The staff at the reception desk is friendly, competent, and very helpful.

The coffee in the dining room was great. The pillows were very comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area were incredibly nice and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were quite comfortable, with a large enough size, a king-sized bed, and a cozy couch area. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions in the Buffalo area and it's easy to get downtown or to the malls.

The hotel was conveniently located near my place of business. the Bistro provided great late-night meals and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained.

There was loud construction work happening early in the morning, which was quite disruptive. the bathroom had some plumbing issues, and the bed sheets and pillows were not as clean as they should have been.

The Bistro offers healthy choices for meals, but who needs that when you can indulge in specialty beverages made with Starbucks® coffee! Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions. Pet-friendly and includes a free shuttle service.

Door made a lovely noise, thermostat was a puzzle, and I had to beg for towels and supplies. Perfect.

We recently stayed at Courtyard in Amherst for a weekend of shopping. The location was perfect, close to Boulevard Mall and easy to get in and out of. Free parking and good wifi were a plus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast at the lobby's cafe, which, though pricey, had excellent food and coffee. a great hotel for Canadian bargain hunters.
