We loved the amazing balcony view, the convenient location, and the serenity of the hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Marsha, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed after checking for bedbugs. The beds themselves were incredibly comfortable with high-quality mattresses. The lounge areas were cozy and had TVs available in every corner. My favorite spot was the area with a fireplace and comfortable seating, which we often used as a meeting place. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of great seafood restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The employees were extremely accommodating, and I especially appreciated Marilyn at the front desk, who prepared refreshing citrus-flavored water for guests.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous, especially under such stressful conditions due to Hurricane Florence. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I want to specifically mention Keisha at the front desk, Connie in the restaurant area, and Roy in the bar for their outstanding service. The hotel itself was well-maintained and in good shape. The welcome letter from the GM was a nice touch, setting clear expectations for our stay. Despite the inconvenience of a delayed check-in, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy to explore the lovely area of Mt. Pleasant.

I got great value for my money with a comfortable and spacious room. The location was fantastic, surrounded by trees and conveniently close to Walmart and other stores. The staff treated me wonderfully, especially Livia T. who gave me great recommendations for my visit to Charleston.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be to have more variety and choices available.

Our first trip to Charleston was made even better by our stay at Courtyard Charleston. The well-appointed and spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff, especially Livia T., was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions on local attractions and dining options. The breakfast was excellent and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The quality of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom were also impressive.

This hotel's location is ideal, being close to both restaurants and shopping malls. The airport is also nearby, making it easy for travelers. If you want to explore the Historic District or the Charleston area, this hotel is an excellent choice. The rooms are large, tidy and cozy, with welcoming decor and comfortable bedding. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and cleans rooms thoroughly. The hotel also has beautiful grounds, a good-sized pool, and a peaceful area to relax in.

Some of the staff members had communication issues that could have been avoided.

This hotel is great value for money. It's located pretty much in the center of most of the town businesses, making it convenient for those on a business trip. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms have a newly-remodeled feel with a sleeper sofa. Plus, the leafy patio outside makes for a relaxing environment in the midst of a bustling town.

Great place to stay! Lovely fire pits to lounge around and relax after a long day of exploring. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We also got complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a huge plus! Plus, it's in a great location - just a short drive to amazing restaurants and attractions.

We did have a noisy stay due to loud guests in the room above us. We called the front desk multiple times and though they tried to help, the noise continued late into the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great, central location for exploring Charleston and nearby attractions. We had an issue with forgotten clothing, but the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to quickly locate and return it to us. a clean and welcoming hotel with friendly staff.

Convenient Location: the hotel is in a great location, just a short drive to the beach and to Charleston. There are also plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, making it easy to find places to eat and shop.

Slow WiFi: the WiFi at this hotel is unfortunately very slow. It can be frustrating when you're trying to get work done or stay connected with friends and family.
