The facilities at this newer hotel are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The northern rooms offer a great view of the Toka Sticks golf course.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. the restaurant and bar had a decent food selection and a good variety of beer. the outside pool was clean and easily accessible. Plus, the gym had plenty of treadmills with video screens and towels and earplugs were readily available.

The elevator was a little slow and there was no ice machine on our floor. the bed was a bit too firm for our liking.

During my stay, the location proved quite convenient with its proximity to Mesa airport, restaurants to the north, and shops nearby. I was also surprised by the quality of food served in the restaurant, which offered a wonderful variety in fresh fruit. Additionally, the room was equiped with a nice view of the golf course at the hotel, and the bathrooms came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The elevators proved quite noisy, with several guests complaining about the loudness of the bells.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a smaller airport in the Phoenix area and had an excellent experience. The staff at the hotel were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. From the friendly lounge staff who made sure we had plenty to eat when we arrived late, to the front desk staff who ensured we had a top floor room away from the elevators and with a great view of the golf course, the customer service was exceptional. We were especially impressed with the night front desk staff member who went above and beyond to help us retrieve a valuable item we left behind. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, and accessible electrical outlets and charger jacks. The shuttle service to the nearby airport was prompt and the driver was helpful. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

This hotel was perfect for catching an early morning flight as it is located near Mesa airport and has a shuttle service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable with great views. The basic amenities and TVs in rooms make it good value for the price.

As adults, we really appreciated the friendly and helpful hotel staff, especially at the restaurant. The convenience of being able to take out or dine in at any time was a major plus. The decor throughout the hotel, including our room, was tasteful and stylish. We also loved the extra-large monitors in the business area. The amenities in our room, such as the microwave, fridge, and television, were well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. it was a great stay with no complaints.

Great hotel close to the airport and family. the hotel is clean and comfortable with a wonderful pool. the staff, especially Malina in the restaurant, are warm and friendly. the shuttle service from the airport was appreciated, with a great driver even in the middle of the night.

The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to replace items, and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were not preferred.

The air conditioner in the standard room was extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, with dirty grout between the tiles.

I had a short stay at Four Points for an early morning shuttle to Gateway Airport. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The free snack pack was a nice touch. Checking in was easy, and there is ample well-lit parking. The beds were super comfy, and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing with great service. Plus, it's close to the airport and has nearby golfing.
