The staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early because we had perishable food with us, which was a great convenience. The king bed and pull-out sofa bed were both very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and didn't have any unpleasant odors.

There were a couple of issues with the room that were a bit disappointing. the air conditioning fan was quite noisy, although not louder than other in-room units.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of eating choices nearby. We were especially grateful for the handicapped room with a roll-in shower on the second floor. It made our stay much more comfortable after my recent leg surgery. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had designated handicapped parking right by the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with special needs or accessibility requirements.

Despite a reservation issue, the hotel staff resolved it quickly and even compensated me with a free breakfast. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
