The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with great views of the USS Yorktown and the harbor. The staff at the Hilton Garden were friendly and welcoming, always with a smile.

The breakfast offerings could be better, as the eggs were cold and the grits were hard and cold as well.

The hotel was quiet without being dull. Great staff, loved the free coffee in the lobby. Not to mention the cookies. Paul the bartender was knowledgeable about the area and was friendly and conversational but did a great job at the same time. The rooms were very clean and loved the bathroom. We had the One King size bedroom and the price for it was reasonable compared to the other hotels around. This room includes a huge walk-in shower and clean soft towels. Love the location, because its near the shopping plaza, movie-theatres and downtown. If you love gyros, there's a restaurant called Istanbul Shish Kabobs located across the street of the hotel. Other than that the hotel is really quiet and being able to make your own coffee in the morning with cup and lid available really helped to get us moving. Beautiful spot for dropping a child off at college, i.e., location in Mt. Pleasant convenient to various stores that daughter needed for supplies, yet close enough to downtown and the college campus. Really enjoyed the swimming pool for r&r between shopping and college drop-offs. The location is excellent. A short walk from Patriot Point Waterfront Park and Pier and a few minutes drive into Historic Charleston. Quieter area than West of Charleston and better views. Love the view of the USS Yorktown and the harbor. Beautiful!

We found this gem for half the price of other places in the historic district. The hotel is brand consistent and very nice. The pool and workout room are great. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spotless. The location is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Charleston for a few days and had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden. As a female traveler, safety was my top priority and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to downtown, the beaches, and shopping areas. With light traffic, it only took me 10 minutes to reach downtown Charleston. The hotel itself was impressive, and the staff at breakfast were exceptional, providing attentive service. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a great convenience.

Based on my stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing romantic getaway in this hotel. the lobby was stunning and the room was clean and comfortable. the best part was the location. It was just a short drive away from downtown Charleston, allowing us to easily explore the city. There were also plenty of restaurant options in the nearby area. In addition, the hotel had a well-equipped exercise room and a lovely swimming pool area.

There was a bit of an issue during breakfast one day. the restaurant seemed understaffed and many items on the buffet were empty.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city and nearby beaches. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the pool and workout facility, are top-notch. Additionally, the complimentary coffee and dessert show that they go the extra mile to make guests feel cared for.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden in Charleston. The location was perfect for exploring the greater Charleston/Mt. Pleasant region. The hotel had excellent amenities and accommodations, including clean and comfortable rooms with functional appliances. The views were also impressive, and the hotel ensured our safety throughout our stay. We loved the in-house dining options and the nearby restaurants, beaches, parks, and attractions. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding professionalism and customer service provided by the staff. From Velma to Denise to Shanteia to Phylicia to Uricka to Bill, every staff member made us feel like VIPs. The culture of great customer service was evident throughout the hotel. Whether we were there for business or personal reasons, we were treated with utmost care and respect. The hotel's efforts to provide a luxurious experience at a moderate price were commendable.
