Very friendly staff, flexible check-in, comfortable bed, clean room, great location for access to downtown.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with great views of the USS Yorktown and the harbor. The staff at the Hilton Garden were friendly and welcoming, always with a smile.

The breakfast offerings could be better, as the eggs were cold and the grits were hard and cold as well.

We found this gem for half the price of other places in the historic district. The hotel is brand consistent and very nice. The pool and workout room are great. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spotless. The location is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing romantic getaway in this hotel. the lobby was stunning and the room was clean and comfortable. the best part was the location. It was just a short drive away from downtown Charleston, allowing us to easily explore the city. There were also plenty of restaurant options in the nearby area. In addition, the hotel had a well-equipped exercise room and a lovely swimming pool area.

There was a bit of an issue during breakfast one day. the restaurant seemed understaffed and many items on the buffet were empty.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city and nearby beaches. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the pool and workout facility, are top-notch. Additionally, the complimentary coffee and dessert show that they go the extra mile to make guests feel cared for.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring both Charleston and Mt. Pleasant, with amazing views of the bridge. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the made-to-order choices were a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant atmosphere. a great experience.

The hotel had ample parking and the lobby was attractive and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had great amenities like a Keurig machine, refrigerator, and microwave. the location was excellent, just a few minutes from downtown Charleston and close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

We were disappointed with the quality of the food at the buffet and omelet station. the eggs and omelets were a total disappointment.

We loved the location of the hotel as it is situated near a shopping plaza and downtown. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was beautiful. Coffee was readily available in the morning. In addition, the lobby was spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool and exercise room were great facilities.

The customer service needs improvement.
