I had an amazing experience at Pestana. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff who never felt pushy. The gym, spa, and indoor pool were small but clean and up to date, and the view of the ocean from the pool was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and kept spotlessly clean. I loved the modern bathroom amenities and the unique blend of old and new in the hotel's design. The location was also perfect, offering stunning views and a truly unique experience. True luxury for me is found in design, personality, and a one-of-a-kind stay.

My stay at the Pestana was a delight from start to finish. The beautiful location and stunning transformation of the fortress into an art hotel left me in awe. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The linens were clean and plush, and the beds were incredibly cozy. I also enjoyed the abundance of common areas, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The included breakfast buffet in the Maris Stella restaurant was a wonderful start to the day. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and memorable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Cidadela! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the marina, museum district, and historic center of the city. The rooms were incredibly spacious and quiet, with a super comfortable superking bed. The breakfasts overlooking the marina were a highlight of our stay, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. the hotel was stylish, well-run, and offered exceptional customer service.

We felt very welcome and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and a stunning sea view from our balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

A Unique and Wonderful Experience. Totally unique experience. Brilliant architecture and first-class service create a charming hotel. Room was enormous and comfortable. Food and service in the Maris Stella restaurant was first class. Nice grounds and pools. Wonderful location in a beautiful part of Portugal. Great stay, happy to return.

The hotel had a great atmosphere with a modern and artistic touch. The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The facilities such as the pools, spa, and gym were fabulous. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a wide range of options. The location was convenient, close to the city center and with cheap eateries nearby. The view from the dining hall over the marina was magnificent.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The orange juice at breakfast tasted bad and should have been fresh instead of concentrate.

The hotel's design and art galleries create an exciting and unique atmosphere. The swimming pool is great, and the breakfast offers a wonderful and healthy selection with a view of the harbor. The hotel is accommodating and offers upgrades for disabled guests.

We spent a fantastic weekend in a charming hotel with truly amazing staff. the complimentary breakfasts were fabulous, and the location was perfect - we were walking distance from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. the pool and outdoor areas were such a plus, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. the staff was exceptionally kind and made us feel so welcome, which added to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

While we had a great time, there were a few things that could have been better. Our room had a slight musty smell that never quite went away, which detracted from the overall comfort.

We were amazed by the hotel's perfect location, situated near Cascais' most scenic places and offering an excellent view of the harbour overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing utmost comfort. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring we never got bored. The hotel's facilities, such as the spa and pool, added to the overall luxury experience.

The hotel offered stunning views of the ocean from our spacious room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the marina and town center. We also enjoyed the large balcony with a sun lounger, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in our room, and there was also no iron available. The breakfast buffet was not up to par, as the food was uncovered and there were flies on the pastries.

the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms had a personal and fashionable touch, complete with balconies. the hotel also offered breathtaking sea views, allowing guests to enjoy a sunny bath right on their balcony. the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. my only regret was that we only stayed for one night.

The location inside the cidadela walls with a view of the marina was truly breathtaking. It was also very convenient as it was close to the center, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with both an outdoor and indoor pool that opened onto a spacious deck area. The modern bathrooms were a great touch, adding to the overall comfort and luxury of the stay. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure all my needs were met.
