I had an amazing experience at Pestana. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff who never felt pushy. The gym, spa, and indoor pool were small but clean and up to date, and the view of the ocean from the pool was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and kept spotlessly clean. I loved the modern bathroom amenities and the unique blend of old and new in the hotel's design. The location was also perfect, offering stunning views and a truly unique experience. True luxury for me is found in design, personality, and a one-of-a-kind stay.

My stay at the Pestana was a delight from start to finish. The beautiful location and stunning transformation of the fortress into an art hotel left me in awe. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The linens were clean and plush, and the beds were incredibly cozy. I also enjoyed the abundance of common areas, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The included breakfast buffet in the Maris Stella restaurant was a wonderful start to the day. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and memorable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Cidadela! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the marina, museum district, and historic center of the city. The rooms were incredibly spacious and quiet, with a super comfortable superking bed. The breakfasts overlooking the marina were a highlight of our stay, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. the hotel was stylish, well-run, and offered exceptional customer service.
