Amazing family room with a large king bed and 3 bunk beds. The balcony was a great addition. The hotel was clean with daily housekeeping and provided robes, slippers, and toys in the room. The food was delicious, with a special pirate buffet for kids and an ice cream shop. The pool and waterpark were awesome for the kids, and the kids club offered activities for different times throughout the day. The spa was very relaxing, especially the hydrotherapy. Every night there was a different show or activity, and there was also a market with vendors.

Kids loved the bunk beds and pirate stuffies, and the room was spacious. Big resort with many pools. Monkeys, Coates, Iguanas roam free. Shows were surprisingly good, popcorn in the theatre. Beach had chairs and warm water.

We got great value for our money and the room was fantastic, especially for a family. The location was convenient and the staff treated us well.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

We had a wonderful Christmas family holiday at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of pools to choose from. The nightly entertainment, particularly the talented dancers in the shows, was impressive. The variety of food and specialty restaurants, such as La Fleur and Mamma Mia, were excellent. The kids club and activities kept our children entertained all day, and they especially loved the swimout room. The attention to detail, like providing kids' robes and slippers, was a nice touch.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at Princess! The hotel was beautiful with cute, spacious rooms and a large king bed along with 3 bunk beds. The staff, especially Karla, Rocio, and Ricardo, were super friendly and made our stay special. The facilities were perfect for kids, with a fantastic waterpark, kids club, and even a pirate buffet. The food was great, with diverse options and a fun ice cream shop. The spa was very relaxing and the nightly shows and activities were enjoyable. a great experience!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Princess. The food was diverse and delicious, with options for everyone. The well-maintained area, awesome staff, and free beach activities were great. The animation and concerts entertained us all, especially our kid. The variety of pools was impressive, and the bars were fantastic. The small complimentary details in the family club were a nice touch. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.
