The location of the hotel was excellent! We were right by the mall and had easy access to shopping and restaurants. We also loved the cleanliness of the room. Despite some noise from HVAC cleaning, we slept well and would definitely stay at this Courtyard again. we had a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and attractive. The location was perfect, right in the Triangle Town Center shopping mall, providing us with easy access to all the stores. The staff were polite and always had a smile on their faces. Housekeeping did an excellent job of tidying our room and providing us with enough towels. We enjoyed the view of the mall and the Christmas lights on display.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Raleigh for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The shower in my room was spacious and had great water pressure. I also loved that the TV offered options to enjoy streaming services like Netflix and Hulu if you already had an account. The Bistro breakfast was absolutely divine and the seating area was always clean. Lastly, I want to give a special shoutout to the exceptional customer service provided by Micheala at the front desk and Dawn from housekeeping. They were polite, helpful, and answered all of our questions. Because of them, I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient. It is right in the heart of the Triangle Town Center, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and stores. We had no trouble finding everything we needed, from Target to Red Robin to RiteAid. Additionally, the hotel itself was modern and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the $20 hold deposit they placed on our debit card, which we could use in the hotel market for food, drinks, and snacks. It made our stay hassle-free and convenient. The facilities were excellent, especially the comfortable and spacious rooms that provided plenty of entertainment options for our grandchildren. The front desk staff, especially Justine, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were warm, inviting, and professional. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at the Courtyard in Raleigh. The front desk team went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost wedding ring from the bathroom sink drain. I was so grateful for their resourcefulness and positive attitude. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and has plenty of parking. The lobby is comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

The decor was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice shower that had both a bathtub and a great showerhead. Lastly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Justine at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location, which did not disappoint. It is easy to navigate around the area, with plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel boasts advanced electronic control for a seamless stay. The lobby is cozy and inviting, with a lovely Christmas tree and Starbucks on site.

There was an issue with noise pollution at night. Even when located on the front side of the building, parties congregated outside and made it difficult to rest peacefully.

The beds in the rooms were very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a spacious parking area, making it easy to find a spot for my car.
