I recently stayed at a hotel in Riverside for a planning meeting and had an amazing experience. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top-notch. They were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. In fact, one staff member even treated us to delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby bar as we worked late into the night. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued and appreciated. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location and comfortable beds, making it perfect for business travelers like myself. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, including a good work space with plenty of outlets for my devices. The AC was also a lifesaver, as it was quite hot outside. The hotel grounds were lovely, with a historic building near the pool that added a unique touch. I also enjoyed the food at the Bistro, especially the mouthwatering French fries and the exceptional breakfast sandwich. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The pool and fitness areas were open with reasonable restrictions. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard and would recommend it for business or leisure travel.

The room was perfect for us, with a mini fridge and microwave included. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, along with the neat furniture and decorations, made our stay enjoyable. The internet advertisement was misleading as it stated that breakfast was included in the cost of my stay. This was a key factor in choosing this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay for breakfast separately.

The staff at Courtyard was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Eurasia at the front desk. She remained calm and handled a busy arrival period with ease. The rooms were comfortable and the view of the beautiful mountains was a delight. The hotel bistro served a delicious breakfast, with my athletes raving about it. I had a great stay at Courtyard.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, such as limited parking with hard water sprinklers that accidentally stained my new van. Additionally, the lack of condiments and variety in the hosted breakfast could have been improved.

Additionally, this hotel is conveniently close to UC Riverside, downtown Riverside, and main shopping malls, all within a 10-mile radius.

The location of the hotel was great, especially for those visiting UC Riverside. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to choose from. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always greeted guests warmly.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. on the day of check-in, there was a water outage until 6 pm, but the check-in staff failed to inform me about it.

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi, TV, towels, bed, pillows. The security measures, including the presence of a security guard in the parking lot, made us feel safe. The location was perfect, as it was close to the college and various restaurants. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Tiffany, who provided excellent customer service. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a pleasant experience.
