I always return to this spot for my city break. Staff helped with plug adaptors. Off, site car park, coffee shop, indoor swimming pool, and fitness center all suit me perfectly. No smoking on site, wheelchair access, express check, in/ , out.

Our stay in Big Rapids at Hampton Inn was fantastic. We were in town for business for five nights and found the location convenient. the online check-in via the app was smooth. the pleasant surprise of excellent water pressure in the shower was a bonus. the front desk staff, though not very chatty, were friendly during checkout and made our departure pleasant.

the walls were quite thin, and we could hear the guests next door to us arguing all night long, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. we had an enjoyable weekend stay, but these minor inconveniences might be something to keep in mind for future guests.
