the parking is an absolute mess and takes ages to find a spot. and don’t even get me started on the check-in wait time, a ridiculous 45 minutes with two receptionists, really? i expected an upgrade after such incompetence — you know, just something special, but guess i wasn’t special enough for that, huh?

We enjoyed two nights in a spacious Deluxe Two Queens room. The clean pool provided a refreshing rest, and the patio area was inviting. Shopping and dining options were conveniently located nearby. Polite and professional staff made our stay seamless, yet we noted minimal housekeeping services. Would stay again for the value!

The burgers nearby were out of this world—juicy and packed with flavor! Plus, the indoor pool was a fun spot for my son on a rainy day. The comfortable bed made for a cozy night's sleep, a nice surprise during our stay!

But, oh boy, the check-in communication was a real head-scratcher! I was in shock at the cash policy when I clearly mentioned I didn’t want to use a card. It felt like we were playing a game of 'Telephone'—clearer notes needed, please!

The hot tub was frequently closed for maintenance due to safety concerns!!! Address communication issues among staff to improve guest experience!!! Consider improving sound insulation to combat noise disturbances from neighboring rooms!!!

This was just a prime choice for a day tour in Bellevue with good value. I really appreciated the coffee certificates, which were a nice perk during my stay. Be sure to check in early if you want to maximize your day exploring the area.

the outdoor fireplace adds a cozy touch to the courtyard. the gym could use more equpiment.

This hotel had some charming elements, like a lovely outdoor patio with a fireplace. While rooms were clean and staff friendly, I was disheartened to find the hot tub closed for maintenance during my stay. The noise from nearby rooms was quite noticeable, which detracted from my experience. Would I return to try again? Maybe!
