It is an inviting hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist guests and enjoy live music in the lounge area during evenings.

Location was super safe and quiet, loved it! The room temp was spot on—none of that preset rubbish. Plus, the beds were flippin' comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, chommie!

But the noise from the hallway in the morning was a bit of a jol. cleaning staff were a touch loud.

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly, but the room was a bit dated with noisy air conditioning. Overall, it was a decent stay though!

The room featured in-room coffee machines, making mornings much more enjoyable.

Housekeeping could improve response times. it took longer than expected to receive fresh towels.

I was deeply frustrated by the lack of basic amenities and services. The fitness center was severely lacking, with just treadmills and an elliptical machine, and no bottled water was provided in the room. To make matters worse, the TV service was outdated, and I couldn't even connect my devices. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially considering the price I paid.

The hotel's location is convenient, right off a major highway. I appreciate the proximity to great dining options, including a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby. The facilities are well-maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant.

Notably, the fried oysters from the menu were a delicious highlight. Staff was polite and helpful, making for a pleasant overall experience.

We were in room 420 and the bed was super comfy with soft sheets and 4 different pillows. The shower got hot really quick, which was awesome after a long day. There's a neat picnic area outside too for a quick snack. The only thing, the bathroom fan was a bit too loud for my taste.

The hotel was well-located near a strip mall for easy dining, and the room size was good. however, some cleanliness issues were noted, like soap splashes on the shower curtain. Noise from kids in the pool area and absence of variety in breakfast options were minor drawbacks but overall, it was a decent stay.
