i almost considered leaving a good review, until, i was disappointed to find my bed was as hard as a rock. plus, the walls were disgracefully dirty. to top it off, the hot tub was unavailable, and no one bothered to inform us. a little extra attention would’ve been nice. my experience was as memorable as a soggy sponge.

The well-stocked gym and convenient laundry facilities made my stay enjoyable. The heated pool offered a relaxing break after long days, contributing to overall satisfaction with the visit.

stayed 3 days and encountered non-stop noise from the laundry room, which was oh-so-relaxing. the shower was just splendidly designed for a toddler, not an adult. i expected at least a complimentary drink for this inconvenience, but i'm sure that’s asking too much for basic hospitality. honestly, could they try a tad bit harder?

The breakfast offerings were varied and catered well to families, making mornings more enjoyable.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, disrupting our sleep throughout the night.

The sink in my room didn't drain properly for a couple of days, and the water was often dirty and brown when it did flow.

we had a lovely stay at best western! the queen room with a bathtub was super comfortable, with nice beds that made for great rest. the staff was really helpful, especially with all the discounts they offered. also, the swimming pool nearby was a fantastic bonus for relaxing after a long day.

the breakfast had pre made eggs, which weren't cooked properly. noise from the freeway was disruptive.

I really enjoyed my stay here because the hotel is close to Los Ninos Park, which is just a 10-minute walk away, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll and enjoying nature, and it's also near Aquatica San Diego, a fun spot for anyone looking to spend some playful time during their stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a great base for exploring the nearby attractions.

staying at best western was a great experience. the king room was very clean and comfy. It's conveniently located right off the main highway. the manager was super helpful, and they had coffee available with breakfast, which was a nice touch. also, the swimming pool nearby is a definite bonus!
