Modern hotel, convenient location, just a short stroll from Mount Vernon Square and surrounded by various eateries, with a lovely restaurant and free wi-fi in public areas to enhance your stay experience.

Almost perfect

Wow, the staff were absolute legends—shoutout to Michelle for being so friendly at the Delegate! The brekkie was a lekker spread, so many choices. Also, the room was spacious with a nice view over the garden. Felt really relaxed there!

Efficient room service made dining convenient.

During my stay, I faced several issues that were quite disappointing. First, there was a lack of drinking water available, which forced us to buy bottles instead. Additionally, the breakfast provided was limited to only two options, which I found unsatisfactory. On top of that, the noise from other guests was quite disruptive, particularly at night. Lastly, the constant noise from the air conditioning unit made it challenging to get a good night's sleep, which was frustrating.

The hotel is just a short 12-minute walk from Ford's Theater, which was perfect for our family outing. The fitness center was a hit with the kids, especially the yoga area, making it fun to stay active during our trip.

My kids wished there was a pool to enjoy after a day out.

Location was spot on, just across from the Convention Center! Tons of delicious restaurants nearby, perfect for post-event munchies. My King Room was comfy and clean, a great little retreat after the day's hustle.

But can I just say, my toilet sounded like it was auditioning for a horror movie every time I sat down! And don’t get me started on the microwave-less situation. I guess they want us to enjoy cold leftovers.

the staff went above and beyond especially with housekeeping finding my charger! the location was awesome, super close to all the historic sites in d. c. ! loved having the vending and ice areas on every floor too.

the courtyards location is fantastic for exploring the city! the staff were friendly and really went out of their way to help. the room was clean and cozy, and i particularly enjoyed the happy hour options at the bar area.

not enough food options nearby and parking fees were high. 😕

Super friendly staff made everything a breeze! The location is perfect for exploring downtown DC, only a short walk to everything we wanted. Room was spacious and so clean. breakfast options were pretty good too!
