Rude staff everywhere, from the front desk to the security guard. They acted annoyed and unhelpful, even when there were no lines.

We had a fantastic stay! The price was great during high season due to the ongoing remodel. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air freshener used in the air system was amazing. The view from our room was gorgeous, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The Ahnala restaurant served delicious food, drinks, and desserts. The resort lobby provided refreshing cucumber water or orange water daily. The pools and hot tubs were perfectly heated. The grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. We even saw wild mustangs in the back parking lot. We enjoyed ordering appetizers and drinks by the pool. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' drive to Scottsdale.

The pool area was fantastic with multiple hot-tubs and a fire-pit. The hotel also had great amenities like room service, free Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette in the room. it was a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was awesome; it was perfect and just a few minutes from anything you would need in Scottsdale or Phoenix. The pool area was fantastic with multiple hot tub areas, shade sails, and a fire-pit. The pool was beautiful at night, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff here were wonderful, providing excellent service and going the extra mile to take care of us. The amenities in the rooms were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus!

The staff needs better training on efficiency and going the extra mile for guests. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great time staying at this resort. the staff at the pool and front desk were friendly and helpful. the casino provided us with lots of fun, and we even had some luck with winning. the location of the resort was perfect, with beautiful nature and surroundings to enjoy. the friendly staff, fun casino, and great location made our stay enjoyable.

During our stay, there was some construction going on at the resort. This affected the view from most of the rooms, as they were facing the construction site instead of the mountains.

The value for our money at this hotel was impressive and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with top golf courses nearby, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Be sure to stop by the upscale We-Ko-Pa Grille and impress your friends with the award-winning golf shop. The bingo sessions are a real treat, especially the FREE morning ones on Sundays.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The hotel is very close to the casino and also to the interstate, making it easy to get around. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, from room service to tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were great, including free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette. We enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and the spa & wellness center was a nice touch.

The staff, particularly Loree at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, close to the interstate and just a short distance from the casino.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the grounds were clean. The property was open and airy. The prices for meals were good and it was convenient to eat at the hotel. Being close to the interstate was a plus.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was top-notch with a microwave included. The location was peaceful and the staff at We-Ko-Pa were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast option could use improvement, especially with cold and limp bacon and possibly powdered eggs.

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh slices of two melons, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries. The hotel grounds had a lovely Native American theme, complete with piped-in music. The rooms were great and the hotel was well kept and updated. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel offered great amenities. We definitely recommend this hotel!
