The staff was friendly and really accommodating. The views around the mountains were stunning, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere by the outdoor pool.

Still, the restaurant service could use more attention, as it felt a bit inattentive during our meals.

Had a boss time! The food was dead sound, especially the free-range chicken—proper tasty! Only downside was the beds. they weren’t the comfiest. Overall, I slept well and the staff were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

The facts without the fluff

Our stay was a blend of highs and lows. We were pleasantly surprised with suite #554, which was heavenly and quiet, but the coffee was disappointing. Staff were mostly friendly, yet we encountered inconsistencies during check-in. The casino is fun to watch, but smoke may be bothersome for some.

Oh, the salmon at the Marketplace was a revelation—perfectly cooked and just divine! Plus, the Bingo sessions were entertaining, though a tad long for my taste, and the room was a pleasant surprise, cozy and well-appointed. We also snagged a delightful breakfast in the atrium, despite a small hiccup with one of the meals.

On the flip side, my financial institution didn't play nice with double charges, which was a hassle.

Infrequent drink service at the casino was disappointing.

i was absolutely shocked to find that the pool service was either non-existent or took an eternity when i just wanted to relax. also, my room's ac was warmer than a sauna! i expected at least a warm welcome gift or complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences, but it seems my hopes were too high. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Staying here was pure bliss! The Amethyst Spa offered the best massage I've ever had, and the unique dining options kept our taste buds dancing. Plus, the heated pool with waterfall features was simply divine—perfect for a refreshing dip any time! My stay felt like a mini-vacation within a vacation.

However, we did face some challenges with our check-in process, and there was some noise from outside that made it difficult to sleep at times. The remote location also made getting around a bit tricky.

The pool area is fantastic, ideal for relaxing with family. Check-in was a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. Kids loved the nearby horse riding.

We had an awesome stay at the casino! The heated pool was perfect for our family after a long day, and the variety of dining options kept everyone happy, especially with five teenagers who are hard to please. The golf shop was impressive, too.

My kids wished for more activities for teenagers.

I stayed in suite #554 and it was super comfy and quiet—definitely a cozy spot to relax! The pillows were the best. Only tiny issue was the coffee in the room—not great. But the layout had multiple outlets, which was handy. Plus, the view of the pool was really nice!
