Welcoming staff, clean room, which featured a comfortable bed with multiple pillow options and a large bathroom perfect for a refreshing shower, made my stay enjoyable, and the hotel's fitness center was a great bonus for a workout before exploring the historic sites nearby.

Communication about reservations was confusing, and breakfast was unexpectedly not included. Attention to detail was lacking, with insufficient coffee supplies and delayed hot water in the shower!!!

Consider using the exercise room for a quick workout. it's well-equipped and a great way to unwind before hitting the town for historical sites.

The stay featured a nice clean property, and the friendly staff added to a comfortable experience. However, the check-in process was inconvenient due to a mix-up with the reservation, and the restaurant closing early left us searching for dinner elsewhere. Although the bar service was pleasant and the choices available were appealing, the unexpected changes in service hours were frustrating.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and had comfy pillows, which was a big plus! The decor felt fresh and it was all very clean. I loved that there was a sitting area separate from the bed. Perfect for relaxing and planning my day. But, it was a little annoying that my first room didn’t have a fridge, and I had to change rooms. Still, they handled it quickly, and the overall vibe was nice!

This was just a balanced option for a holiday in Winchester with fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with directions to the nearest pharmacy when I needed it. Bring your own tea bags, as the room only had coffee available.

During my stay, I really appreciated the big and relaxing lobby area where I grabbed a coffee before heading out to discover the historical sites like Washington's Office Museum and the Shenandoah Valley Civil War Museum, both of which are just around 3 km away. it made for a great day of strolling through the city and enjoying the lovely park views nearby.

I needed a comfortable place to stay while my aunt recovered. The staff helped me with my internet issues so I could finish work. They also guided me to find medicine and food nearby. I felt at ease in this quiet spot, allowing me to focus on my family. The coffee was also a nice touch to kickstart my day. It was a really good experience, especially as a traveler from Italy.

The King Room had a comfy bed, a spacious layout, and a little sitting area that was perfect for relaxing. I loved having access to the fitness center and the indoor pool was a nice perk! Lisa helped me sort out a tech issue. her support made my stay so much easier!
