We loved the spacious rooms and the bathroom with a nice tub. The balcony had a beautiful view over the pools to the ocean. There were many bars and places to eat, and the room service was great. We enjoyed having the table to place orders. The resort had an upbeat yet relaxing adult environment. The WiFi was available all over the place, even on the beach. We also appreciated the events throughout the day and night. it was the best resort we've ever been to, and it will be our choice when we return to Cancun.

My spouse and I booked this getaway as a much-needed escape and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always attentive and willing to help. The resort had an abundance of bars, making it easy to find a refreshing drink anywhere on the property. The availability of 24/7 room service was a huge plus, and the cabanas on the beach provided the ultimate relaxation spot.

The location was also great, just 30 minutes from the airport. Transportation within the resort was convenient, with buggys available 24/7 and even a restaurant located across the resort. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, with a wide range of options. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with special mentions to Dark Angel, Paulo, Alexjandra, and all the drink runners.

We loved our recent stay at Secrets in the beautiful outdoor setting. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and helpful in accommodating our dietary restrictions. Our room was clean and overall our experience was enjoyable. we would recommend this resort.

The staff, food, and drinks were excellent. The pool area was outstanding with plenty of available chairs. The concierge staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Lovely mangrove with iguanas. The resort took extensive sanitation and health precautions.

The location is quite good, with easy access to Dreams next door for the Brazilian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant, however, always had a long line. The Brazilian steak house was also quite good. Unfortunately, there isn't much to do on the island where a lot of things are closed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with nice amenities. The service was generally good, especially at breakfast.

The pool staff was quite short-handed and sometimes unable to provide proper direction, like when we missed an activity on the beach.

I recently stayed at a stunning adults-only resort in Mexico for a relaxing getaway. The resort had an impeccable attention to detail and their customer service was top-notch. The pool, spa, and restaurant were outstanding, with exceptional food and service. The concierge staff, especially Mrs. Musme, went out of their way to make us feel right at home without overwhelming us. The preferred club services and amenities were excellent, making us feel like we were truly somewhere special. Our room, 3124, was magical with its private swim-up pool hallway that offered shade and privacy. It was perfect.

The location of the resort was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach and crystal clear water. the abundance of canopied beds at both the beach and pool was a major highlight for us. Additionally, the service provided by the employees was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and always eager to assist us with anything we needed.

We were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks at the resort. the drinks were consistently watered down and tasted unpleasant.

Complimentary chocolates were given upon arrival, and the welcome drink was nice. the beach was clean and the view was beautiful. the transportation to and from the hotel was hassle-free and fast.

The food was not as good as expected, and some dishes were not cooked properly. the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and there was a lot of dust in the corners.

We got great value for our money at Secrets! The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the pool and the beach, and the staff treated us amazingly well.
