The pool was amazing, with attentive staff and delicious food options. the hot tubs were clean and the pool was slightly heated, perfect for the cool weather. the beach attendants were also great. the room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and spacious balcony. the buffet breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. the spa services were delightful, even during renovations. Afternoon activities in the lobby and club room were fun and festive.

The meal plan offered on the 8th floor was disappointing and not up to the expected quality. the additional resort fee felt deceptive, especially since I didn't use the beach chairs or internet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff treated us like royalty and were very attentive to our needs. Ruben, the guy who took care of us at the beach, provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right near restaurants and on the edge of many bars and restaurants. We also loved the breakfast, which was extremely tasty and had exceptional service. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us in every possible way. We were impressed with their polite and helpful attitude, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleased to be able to check in early, with a room ready for us at 9.30 am. The concierge service was exceptional.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. We were impressed with the complimentary cocktails served in the lobby, which were a delightful touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, a mall, and a short Uber ride to a popular boulevard. Additionally, the hotel itself was immaculate, and the spacious rooms offered stunning beach views.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. The front desk staff seemed unaware of the location of Port Everlades, which was frustrating as we were leaving on a cruise.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service. Bags were promptly handled, and we never had to open a door. the front desk even greeted us with a bottle of water and a tasty rum punch. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to an ocean view king room, with an incredible view. the location was also great, with a convenient CVS next door and a beautiful beach across the street. the service and amenities at this hotel were truly luxurious.

One drawback was the shower/deep tub combo, which could be a challenge for shorter or physically challenged individuals to access. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that there were no bath salts or bubble bath available for sale or at the front desk.

The room was spacious with great amenities, excellent views, and modern comfort. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. Complimentary coffee and the restaurant had good food and drinks. The hotel had a 5-star feel without trying too hard.

We had a fantastic time at the Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel felt like a boutique property and was the perfect setting for our family getaway. The staff, especially Jonathan at the pool, were attentive and generous. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the restaurant staff were knowledgeable. The facilities, including direct beach access and a well-equipped gym, were excellent. Complimentary drinks in the lobby and beautifully decorated rooms were also highlights.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Fort Lauderdale and had a wonderful experience. The oceanfront room provided a stunning direct view of the beautiful ocean, and the shower was luxurious and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a good-sized balcony offering excellent sea views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's location on the quieter part of the strip was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the friendly staff, complimentary drinks in the lobby, and beautifully decorated rooms. The hotel also offers karaoke and a casino, which is perfect for people like us who enjoy those activities.

Our stay at this hotel felt almost like being at home - there was no reason for us to complain.

The staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel had cold bottled water in the hallway and at the pool, and fresh coffee/tea served daily in the morning. They also granted my request for a late checkout. The hotel is conveniently located across from the beach and near many bars and restaurants.

The club lounge at The Ritz-Carlton made my stay truly special. The ladies were so friendly and always willing to help. The food and drinks were delicious, and they even surprised us with a special honeymoon dessert plate. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.
