This hotel has an unbeatable location: close to the airport, walking distance to restaurants & shopping, and easy to get to everything in the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is a great way to start the day. Plus, the gym equipment actually works and the parking is secure.

The noise level can be an issue if you're a light sleeper, especially if you're unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors or inconsiderate people in the hallways late at night.

It was great to see that the quality of the hotel has remained high over the years since our last stay. The location was perfect and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the guest services team was very accommodating and granted our request for a room with a balcony. a great experience and I will definitely book here whenever I visit Charlotte.

Additionally, we appreciated being on the 1st level, it was convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future.
