the courtyards king room was clean and pleasant, and i appreciated how quiet the location was. the staff were nice, always ready to help. it was nice to have a microwave near the ice machine, making quick snacks accessible. plus, shopping at charlotte premium outlets was just a short drive away!

I stayed in a King Room and found it clean and comfortable, with a nice layout that minimized noise from adjacent areas. I was in town for the Professional Women's Soccer game and loved my spacious room with a cozy patio to enjoy my morning coffee. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to unwind, and I also took advantage of the workout room for some relaxation. Inconsistent housekeeping standards could be improved!!! There’s a lack of attention to detail regarding room maintenance!!! Having difficult parking access isn’t ideal for arriving guests!!! Rooms could benefit from upgrades to avoid feeling dated!!!

during my stay, I was pleased to find that the hotel is just about 4 km from Renaissance Park, which was perfect for a scenic walk, and nearby dining options like Cafe South just a few steps away made it easy to grab a bite before my adventures.

My room was spacious and comfy, with a lovely little patio overlooking the pool—perfect for my morning coffee. The workout room was nice, and the location made getting around a breeze.

The fire alarm went off at an ungodly hour, and now I'm convinced my suit took an unscheduled vacation. Let's hope my suit knows how to come home!

the room was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and freesh. unfortunately, the evening bistro service was overwhelmed with one person managing everything at once.

Just a smart choice for a relaxing holiday in Charlotte with good price-quality ratio. The front desk staff was really helpful when I had trouble with the TV remote. they came to my room quickly to fix it. Make sure to check out the bistro for a quick snack before exploring the area.

The staff at the coffee bar? They were fantastic, always ready with a smile and good coffee to kickstart my day.
