Our stay at this hotel was wonderful.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows at this hotel. The modern decor and clean accommodations added to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the separate sink area in the room was a nice touch.

One downside was the thin walls, which allowed for noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway to be heard easily. Furthermore, the outdated heating and cooling system made it difficult to regulate the room temperature properly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and amenities. Thirdly, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was situated in an area with lots of great places to visit.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent, with the front desk staff being professional and helpful. LaQuan in particular stood out, greeting me by my last name every time I walked through the doors. The rooms are clean and nice, and the location is great. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for attending a wedding that we were in town for. The prices were reasonable, and the hotel had easy access to the places we needed to be.

While everything else was satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of breakfast. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, but it ran out frequently and was not available in the mornings.

Relaxed atmosphere, comfy bed, great balcony, lots of natural light, cozy fire pit, and comfy couch.

Despite a few drawbacks, our stay at the Courtyard in Matthews was pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially LaQuan who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a decent stay overall. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to access. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Staying close to restaurants and shopping is always a plus, and this hotel didn't disappoint. We were able to explore different places without having to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar served Starbucks coffee, and it was a nice way to start our day.

Great complementary breakfast and dinner, convenient location close to major highways, outdoor pool area was peaceful and relaxing.

The rooms could use some updating and the noise level from other guests was a bit high at times.
