I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room on the 12th floor, with stunning views. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the drinks vouchers and complimentary bottle of wine that were given to me at reception. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and I was able to easily explore the city with the freeway nearby. The pool area was lovely, and although I didn't swim, I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside one morning.

The only minor issue I had was with the pool staff. I had to request fresh towels multiple times before they were provided.

We recently stayed at W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and attending events. The modern and stylish decor of the hotel was impressive, and we loved the vibrant atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were exceptional, with friendly and attentive bartenders who made our evenings enjoyable. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.

The pool area could get crowded and noisy during the day, as they allowed a lot of day visitors. the initial room we were given had a poor view and no direct sunlight, but the staff eventually moved us to a better room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The rooms were clean and spacious, with amazing views from the higher floors. The location in Westwood was perfect for me, as it was close to UCLA medical center and just a short drive away from the beach. The parking was also convenient, with affordable options nearby.
