Despite the inconvenience of entering the room from the outside, Dillon assisted me in finding an alternative route and even alerted security about the situation. The swimming area was also a nice addition to my stay.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast options. While the breakfast buffet was open when I arrived, there was very little food available and I wasn't allowed to take a plate up to my room.
