My experience at Sonesta Select was appalling. Upon entering my room, I quickly realized the refrigerator was faulty and shut off unexpectedly, causing all my food to spoil. To make matters worse, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor, and the drain was painfully slow. The staff noted my issues, but no effort was made to resolve them during my two-night stay. I can't fathom how this hotel earns positive reviews!

Unfortunately, the hotel would benefit from addressing some maintenance and cleaning oversights—stains on the carpets and broken fixtures don’t exactly make for a welcoming environment. There's no continental breakfast service, which is pretty disappointing. having a few more amenities like microwaves in the rooms would certainly help. Additionally, I encountered noise disturbances from other guests that could disrupt sleep, along with some unexpected charges that made the experience less than smooth.

The intimate atmosphere around the lobby fireplace set a perfect tone for relaxation during my stay! The spacious room layout made it a delightful retreat, and I loved the convenience of the complimentary wedding shuttle service. Plus, the outdoor courtyard provided a charming spot for gatherings with family.
