I found the dated room decor uninviting!!! Poor soundproofing between rooms was an annoyance, especially with neighbors. The limited fitness center needs better equipment, and the parking area layout felt uncomfortable!!! More attention could be given to maintenance issues.

during my staycation in santa barbara, this place surpassed my expectations! the inclusion of free bike rentals made exploring the area super convenient. i loved the mini quiches at breakfast and the delightful afternoon cheese and wine reception was a lovely surprise.

We enjoyed the king suite with a full kitchen, big shower, and two robes. The outdoor swimming pool was neat, the fitness center handy, and the hot tub was a nice touch. Breakfast had frittatas and bagels. Free wine and snacks were a great addition. They had comfy beds and everything was super clean.

Had a grand time! The free bikes and complimentary wine and cheese in the evening were exceptional perks. The only downside was the small pool could've done with more shade. But overall, a mighty spot for a well-deserved break!

The location is stellar! Just a few blocks from the ocean and State Street. The accommodating staff made me feel right at home! Cleanliness was top-notch, especially the immaculate rooms.

The decor felt dated, making the atmosphere underwhelming. Noise disturbances from maintenance and neighbors disrupted my peace. Additionally, the limited gym facilities could use improvement, especially the malfunctioning equipment.
