Housekeeping was only every other day, inconvenient.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to assist us with everything from check-in to dining recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

However, the parking fee felt a bit steep for an outdoor lot. Additionally, I found the housekeeping schedule a bit inconvenient, with service only provided every other day, leaving us short a few essentials at times.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. We found hair on the pillows and stains on the sheets, which made our stay feel less than ideal. Additionally, the parking fee felt a bit excessive for an outdoor lot, which added to my frustration during the visit. The restaurant service was also lacking, as food took a long time to arrive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

the pool area was nice, but full of bugs—how charming. my room was cavernous and lacked personality with only one lonely picture on the wall. to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but of course, that was too much to ask here. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The property was well-maintained, and the staff offered an

exceptional level of service. I also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which was about a half-mile walk. The bar and restaurant had good options too, but I was surprised by the $5.99 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed at check-in.

The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and the spacious room was a delight. The convenient location and the nice pool area added to the experience! 😊😊

Enjoyed a spacious room and great air conditioning.

I enjoyed my stay here. The outdoor space was nice for relaxation, and I found it convenient to have the beach just a short walk away. My balcony was near the pool area, which was great for people-watching but also allowed some noise from the guests. I appreciated the staff at the front desk who were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience during my time on the coast. I also had good food from the restaurant.

the courtyard was beautiful and clean, with a great pool and easy access to the beach for a lovely walk. i enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my partner, even though we couldn’t open the door. the fitness center was also a nice addition to our stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

This was a fitting option for a weekend trip in Cocoa Beach with a good price-value balance. I really appreciated the concern from the staff when I wasn't feeling well. Make sure to explore the pool area. it's a nice spot to relax.
