I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a quick overnight stop on a long drive. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. The coffee was hot and full of flavor, giving me the perfect start to my day. I have been a loyal customer of Hampton Inn for many years, and this particular property lived up to their high standards.

Great value for money, close to many restaurants and a lake. Clean, comfy beds, breakfast included. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. It's conveniently located close to numerous restaurants, a beautiful lake and a major shopping center, making it the perfect location for any traveler. The basic amenities in the rooms with 2 comfy queen beds were updated and clean. The breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

Elevator needs improvement.

The staff is always amazing and attentive. They quickly respond to requests and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and the walk-in shower is divine. The complimentary breakfast is good, with extra measures taken for safety. The location by the lake is beautiful and great for evening walks.

The decor was stylish and trendy, really loved the modern vibe of the hotel. the fruit bowls in the lobby were a nice touch, and the hand sanitizing stations throughout the building made me feel safe and protected. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our entire stay.

There was an incident at check-in where the clerk seemed to treat me differently based on my race. It's important for all guests to feel valued and treated equally, regardless of their background.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is close to everything you might need. Stores and restaurants are just minutes away. Moreover, there is a nice park right behind the hotel, perfect for walking and playing with pets. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning working properly. The staff is polite and helpful. They serve a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and coffee.

The hotel could use some improvement in pest control, as some guests reported seeing ants in their rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. They even called to check up on us during our stay, which made us feel valued. the room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the use of Lysol cleaning products. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

We didn't have any major issues during our stay. the only minor inconvenience was that the breakfast attendant on the second and third mornings didn't remind guests to wear gloves when using the toaster or waffle maker, unlike the first morning.
