However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The kitchenette was lacking essential utensils, like cutlery and plates, making it somewhat less functional. There were also noticeable odors in the room at first, which required airing out. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms was a regular nuisance, detracting from the overall comfort despite the decent size of the suite. The pool area felt a bit underwhelming for a hotel of this size, and the high parking fees were an unwelcome surprise. It's clear this place could use a bit of an upgrade in some areas.

My experience was marred by some significant issues. the kitchen in my room was essentially useless—there were no utensils or plates, which felt quite frustrating given that it was advertised as a kitchenette. Additionally, I encountered a bad smell in the room that lingered despite my efforts to air it out. Lastly, the parking fees were quite exorbitant, and it deeply troubled me that they charged per night instead of a flat rate for my entire stay.

The Signature 2 Queens Suite was awesome. It included two queen beds, a living room, kitchen, and an outdoor deck. The rooftop pool was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation. The helpful front desk staff, particularly Adriana and Leilany, made our stay enjoyable.

this hotel is super nice! the room was spacious and the staff was so helpful, especially leilany! loved the rooftop pool with the beautiful views, the perfect place to chill after exploring the city. location is great, close to a ton of bars and restaurants, much better than those boring fancy spots in beverly hills. it felt like a comfy home away from home!

unfortunately, the kitchenette was kinda lame, just a small fridge and a microwave with no plates or utensils. also, we had some trouble with the noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit annoying.

The kids loved that our doorbell rang and the staff had surprise Milk and Cookies waiting for us. Nothing like it—really felt homey with that extra touch. And the rooftop pool? Stunning view was just so nice to unwind after a long day.

It was a bit steep on the wallet, but considering the space and amenities, I'd say it was worth it.

Staying at this hotel was pure delight! I particularly loved the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the Hollywood Hills, it's the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. The spacious rooms felt like a home away from home, complete with kitchenettes for extra convenience.
