The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, responding quickly to requests like extra bedding and amenities.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.

I encountered a lack of communication regarding housekeeping services!!! The pool appeared closed and left in disarray!!! The ice machines were out of service during my visit, leading to frustrating inconveniences!!! Maintenance of the bathrooms could greatly benefit from attention!!!

What a lekker place! Staff were super thoughtful, and the lobby smelled amazing. Our room was nice and clean, with the best shower pressure I’ve had—full-size shampoo and body wash was a nice touch! The indoor pool looked a bit rough, but we didn’t plan to use it anyway.

Just a heads-up, we didn't hit the brekkie or bar, so can’t say what those were like, but I reckon it could get busy.

Had a canny stay! The staff were proper friendly, and the room was clean with a lovely shower. The only downside was the parking felt a bit dodgy at night. Still, would definitely come back!

A last-minute stay resulted in a pleasant experience with helpful staff and an impressively clean, modern facility. The breakfast included unique options like eggs Benedict, which added a nice touch, though the lack of nearby restaurants was a minor drawback. Although room sounds from the highway were noticeable, comfort in the sleeping arrangements compensated well. The indoor pool appeared closed, but no substantial inconvenience arose as it wasn't a priority during my visit.

One downside was the parking situation. it felt pretty unsafe at night with the lights off outside. Definitely worth noting if you're arriving late.

Oh man, you have to try the homemade pies and jams from local stops – pure magic! Our room opened up to a serene courtyard, and the shower pressure was simply divine. Honestly felt like royalty in there!

But, cheeky note, we drove 5 hours with an excited little boy ready to swim, only to find the pool closed after check-in. Also, the shower didn’t heat up well, but everything else still shined brightly.

the courtyards are really beautifully designed. They have easy on/off access to the interstate. the staff was super thoughtful, and the lobby smelled amazing. our room was clean and opened to a lovely courtyard. the fitness center was well-stocked with cardio equipment and free weights, which I really appreciated.
