Our stay at Springhill Suites was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading us to a larger room when they learned we were traveling with a toddler. The room itself had great amenities and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, with Dow Gardens and downtown just minutes away. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a shopping center and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The only downside was that the pool was closed and we were not informed beforehand. Nevertheless, despite this minor inconvenience, our experience at this hotel was excellent.
